Many folks don’t know that Reido is also an artist. He loves to draw little detailed doodles and send them to fans and friends. Sometimes CVM conceieves of the design and creates these images with him using that intimate melding of the minds that they use for songwriting. Sometimes they turn these images into greeting cards that you can buy at gigs. Sometimes they donate artwork to worthy causes such as Brush of Life for the Kidney Foundation. Reid was super honoured when his original artwork ‘Radio Canada’ (above) was used on the Vinyl Cafe’s posthumous CD box set ‘The Unreleased Stories’.
